Mid-Autumn Festival 2011

Mid-Autumn Festival which also known as Mooncake Festival is held on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese calendar. For this year, Mid-Autumn Festival was fall on 12th September and it was celebrated a little different. Why I said so? Basically, my family will organize a small gathering with relatives every year but this year I celebrated it with my INTI friends since I am staying at the dormitory due to studies reason.

Anyway, I had a great night. I used to stop playing or carrying lantern around when I was 7 years old if I am not mistaken. This year, Xiao Lei and Stephanie were so thoughtful that they brought some lanterns and candles for us instead of queuing up to get those things from the Stact-Club. By the time we started to have our Mid-Autumn Walk around the dormitories, it started to rain. Well, it did not bring down our spirit. Everyone lighted up their lanterns and here we started our walk under the rain. It is kind of romantic also, right? Haha...

One thing not to forget is taking photos, I really love to take photos very much. Unfortunately, I am still in the way of saving money to get myself a DSLR camera. So, I was playing with Vivian's DSLR camera that night. The climax of the night, Andy bought a sky lantern and we wrote our wishes and names on it. This is the first time  in my life floating a sky lantern. Hope our wishes will come true :) Here are the photos of the night...

Before the night ended, we had drinking tea and chatting session at Block N. Thanks to Andy for bringing the tea set. I had a wonderful Mid-Autumn Festival this year, how about you? :)

I love photos,
because the best thing about it is that it never changes even when the person on it does :)

Jayesslee's Concert

Had you ever watch Jayesslee's Channel on Youtube? Had you ever hear about Janice and Sonia? Well, if you do not know, you should search them on Youtube now! They are twins who was born in Australian but their parents are Korean. Here by, I highly recommend their videos, they both look gorgeous and their voice just simply awesome! Somehow, you may found that the songs they sang sounds better than the original singer or the way they sing gives you a different feeling.

The most exciting thing is they are coming to Kuala Lumpur for concert on
22nd October 2011!

My friens told me once she got the news, and there will be a pre-sale tickets session at Taylor’s Lakeside, where my friend currently studying at. First time in my life, I decided to watch concert. They may not famous or well-known as others idol but I just love the way they sing. Finally, My friend managed to get the redemption tickets for VIP seat. I heard that t-shirt will be selling on that particular day and there will be a meet and greet session too. I gonna buy it and get it signed. I am so excited and looking forward to it! A big thanks to my mom who sponsor me in buying the ticket. :)

Here is the poster, if you are interested, you can also get the tickets from Rock Corner

Sometimes it is not about whether the thing is worth it or not to do so,
it is about how much you wanted to and whether you have such abilities to do so.

About Fiona

Hello, everyone! Since this is the first post of my blog, I am going to introduce a little bit of my background. My name is Lee Kae Yng, you can also call me Fiona and I am 18 years old. I come from Serdang and currently studying Foundation in Business(CFPI) at INTI International University, Nilai. Playing guitar, listening to music, and surfing internet are my hobbies. Everyone may think that I am a quiet person but once you know me well, I can be very talkative too.

What are my goals in life? Well, as for my mission, I wish to get straight A's for the subjects in this second semester. I know that it is not gonna be easy to achieve but nothing is easy in life, right? I believe if I put in effort, nothing is impossible. Besides' that I hope I will be having an interesting semester, meet with some new faces and experience something new or different. For vision, I wish to have a simple life. I do not wish to be very rich and famous but having families and friends around me to enjoy life together.

For me, I think writing is important. Writing is like a platform for us to express our feelings, emotions and ideas. I used to write out my feelings on a piece of paper whenever I am down or depressed and throw it away into the dustbin with the sadness. I always feel better and relief after voice out all my feelings as in non-verbal.

That is all I gonna say,i guess. Hope you guys enjoy reading my blog and comments are welcome. :)
